For example, Chinese nuts, pistachios, cabbage, mango, fish, oatmeal, bananas, eggs, green vegetables, wheat, pulses, various grain types, etc. These vitamins help alleviate muscle pain.

Basil leaves :-

Another herbal medication, mint leaf, is the herb of different diseases. Mint leaves also help to reduce menstrual – related pain. Hold the fresh mint leaves to the nose with finger, menstrual cycle headache, and at the moment the head weight Mix basil well with teaspoon of mint leaves and an olive oil teaspoon and mix in place of abdomen, thigh, waist and other pain. In short time, pain will decrease.

Exclude some things :-

Then exclude it if you have the habit of taking alcohol. Additionally avoid foods such as sugar, salt and caffeine. The pain caused by blood clotting will be prevented.

– Avoid excess milk products, meat and dandruff foods.

– Avoid excess tea and coffee, that is, caffeine. Moreover, avoid smoking and alcohol during this time.

– Very effective in relieving pain during light expense. Moreover, light massage with any Essential Oil will reduce the pain.

– If excessive pain, pain reduction medication can be eaten. However, before taking the medication, you should consult a doctor before taking it.
